| 5:00 | Chef Tony Bettencourt from 62 on Wharf doing chef demonstration |
| 5:45-7:00 | Emily Russo and Will Faust: Acoustic duo |
| 7:00 | Market closes followed by a fundraiser at the Lobster Shanty which will donate a percentage of proceeds from the evening to the Salem Farmers’ Market. |
