Our ultimate goal at New Harmony is to give YOU the tools necessary to maintain your health and wellbeing. Come to a free class at New Harmony Center for Health and Wellness on Saturday, November 20 at 10AM, and learn what you can do to keep yourself and your family strong a sprightly this winter!

Participants will learn how to use professional-grade Chinese herbal medicines for the first signs of sore throat, head cold, allergy and flu symptoms. Better still, we will also discuss immune-supportive formulas to prevent illness as well. Preventative self-care is the best healthcare!
Healthy Medicine Cabinet kits will be available for purchase at a reduced rate for participants.
